If you wish to make changes or improvements to your home and/or property, please complete the online application and submit it to the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Residents must be in good standing (accounts not past due) with the Association to have their request reviewed.
Instructions: 1. Upload a detailed sketch or pictures of the proposed improvement(s) 2. Provide a detailed description and the location of the proposed improvement(s) in the notes section of the online form 3. Attach a copy of the County-approved Building Permit if applicable 4. Upload color samples and specs on materials to be used
Note: No work may begin until request is approved by the ARB. The review of your request is to check for compliance with the ARB Guidelines and the Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions. While the ARB checks for the existence of a County Building Permit, approval of these plans by the ARB does not imply approval from any other local, state, or federal agencies or authorities.
